Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (ISSI) says it discovered on June 30, 2025 that an unauthorized third party had gained access to its network. This falls under hacking or system intrusion: after detecting the activity, ISSI activated its incident response plan, brought in outside cybersecurity advisors, and notified law enforcement. The investigation found that while most of ISSI’s systems were untouched, the intruder was able to access a limited number of server environments, including a file server, and that certain files on those servers were accessed and/or taken. ISSI then hired an e-discovery firm to review those files line by line to figure out whose personal information was inside them, a process the company says wrapped up on November 4, 2025.
