TRG, LLC, doing business as TRG Medical Imaging, sent this notice after learning that Nationwide Recovery Services, Inc., the outside debt collection agency it uses to help recover payments, was the target of a hacking or system intrusion. According to the letter, an unauthorized party gained access to Nationwide’s computer network between July 5, 2024 and July 11, 2024, and copied certain files and folders during that window. TRG says its own computer systems were not accessed, and it only learned about the incident from Nationwide on March 31, 2025. Because Nationwide had collected patient information from TRG in connection with its collection services, the exposure flows through to TRG’s patients even though TRG’s own network was never touched.
